FAQ

Commercial projects, answered

Do you take on commercial projects as well as homes?

Yes. Alongside homes we fit out offices, retail, clinics and restaurants. Past commercial work includes modular kitchens across six flats of an institutional housing project in Ameerpet, a brand's premises at Langar Houz, and a retail book stall in Gachibowli.

Can the work be scheduled around our business hours?

Tell us your working hours at the first meeting. The schedule and site access are agreed in writing before work starts, on the same page as the materials and costing.

How is a commercial job priced?

Every material is named and every stage priced on one sheet before work starts, with payment mapped to progress. There are no surprise line items at handover.

Who is our point of contact during the build?

The studio's own team runs the site, not a forwarded contractor, and sends photo updates from site every week.
